Why is Infuzion Solutions Different?
We always say that we want to be an extension of our clients' team. I feel like, for better or worse, we make good on that promise. We take ownership of getting to know our clients' businesses to know their personalities as an organization and as individuals. That makes us better at not just selling them something but putting them into a solution that makes sense for them.
Our main goal is not just to sell software. Our main goal is to improve businesses and to help them, as we say, balance business with technology. That means that sometimes the answer is not technology. Sometimes it is a business process and giving good advice by saying, "Hey, what if we try this process-change," instead of just investing more money where they might not need to.

We try to be that balanced voice to them. It's not just about the up-sale to us. It's really about long-term business. Our clients' emergencies become our emergencies because we care about their business's success. Our clients know they can call us, and we're going to jump in and do what we need to do to make it right.
What is an interesting fact about Infuzion Solutions?
As most people know, we are a woman-owned business. We have a lot of women in leadership and technology roles here. We're passionate about encouraging women in the sciences, computer and software, and IT environments because that has been historically underrepresented. So we're passionate about encouraging women and just being equitable about that and honoring talent in that space.

How do you unwind?
Um… I have three kids, so unwind isn't really the word used for it. But I love reading. I'm always reading something or listening to audiobooks or both. And I love
What inspires you?
Personally, what inspires me is community… a sense of community. I think that we're created for community. I think that we're made to do life alongside other people.
That feeds back into what I love so much about my job. I am kind of in this little community of clients, people, and collaborators I work with every day. You get to know their stories and their families. You get to be involved in people's lives, and that's inspiring to me because it allows us to reach out of Knoxville, Tennessee, and into all over the country to be just a small part of somebody's life.
