I'm Jon. I'm the Director of IT at Infuzion Solutions and I have been at Infuzion Solutions for almost a decade. I am responsible for the full gamut of IT needs for our clients.
Why is Infuzion Solutions Different?
One of the great things, I think, about Infuzion Solutions is that we think about how we would want to be treated if we were the customer.
We are focused on long-term relationships with our clients to really understand their needs and [determine] what is going to make them successful.
We want to understand how they work as an organization and how they work within their market so that they can be successful. But we also want your feedback, because we should be delivering your solution to your problems... not a solution to some problems.

What makes you happiest in your job?
I enjoy architecting solutions.
Doing the research, the discovery, and designing it is fun, but getting to see [the solution] complete and put together is what I enjoy the most.
There is no cookie-cutter solution that is for everybody. We really want to scope [the solution] to exactly what you do.
Why do you like working at Infuzion Solutions?
I really like the culture here.
I like that everyone is open, honest, and accountable for everything that they do.
And you own your successes and you own your mistakes. As a team, we rally around those tough times to push through.
I feel I am pushed every day to be better.
Everybody makes mistakes. Things don't always go to plan, but we always rally around those tough times.
We also, as a team, celebrate successes and I think that is important.
I really like the ownership here and the direction they have for this organization. I feel I am pushed every day to be better. I feel like they are an inspiration in pushing everyone here to be better at what they do.
